Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is the gentle massage of the Head, Neck and shoulder regions. It helps to relieve:

Tension headaches.
Eye strain.
Tinitus
Insomnia.
Neck & shoulder stiffness.
Sinus congestion.
Hair loss.
Scalp tension.
Mental tiredness.
Anxiety and stress.

It can bring about a general feeling of calmness and relaxation and improve levels of alertness and concentration. Joint mobility, circulatory and lymphatic systems can all benefit from treatment, which can also disperse toxins from tense, knotted muscles.

All of this is achieved fully clothed. It is easier if the clothing fabric is smooth. Clean hair is essential; it will get messed up a bit. If you are fully made up and returning to work I can miss out the facial massage but it is a lovely part of the treatment!

Please Note: A general consultation will be carried out before treatment. This therapy should not be carried out with a migrane in progress.
